Clean, nice design

The first night room was so noisy due to the sports car engine outside at 2-4AM tomorrow. Terrible noisecancelling. However, the second night was good as the hotel moved us to the garden view room. Facilities were overall clean and aesthetic.

The perfume smell of the hotel is a bit too much. May be a bit less would be better

Room service got the order wrong. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited. In Room phone didn’t work

The place was elegant, architecturally on point, incredible food and the service was exceptional.

The property is beautiful and calming. The pool is big and has plenty of loungers. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. We felt looked after. To note, the breakfast is delicious and generous. This was for us an oasis of calm in Singapore. Location is easy to get to via taxi. We hope to be back!

Was the second time back here and the service standard had dropped as compared to my first visit. The room is generally clean and liveable but the bedsheets and pillow case has a musky smell. What was appalling was that the concierge staff would easily disclose details of the guest when enquired. There seem to be a lapse in the communication and appropriate protocol of the staff in terms of handling sensitive information. generally disappointing becos the 2nd time back here werent as enjoyable / pleasant compared to the first. Food was overpriced and also the beef bolognese was bland and not to my kid’s liking and fries was overly salty. Apart from the aesthetics of the hotel, the other aspects of the hotel leaves much more to be desired.

Love the minimalistic look of the hotel and the le labo amenities was perfect. Breakfast was on point.

The Edition Singapore - A Mixed ExperienceThe Edition Singapore is undeniably a beautiful hotel with a stylish and atmospheric design, but there were several aspects that impacted my stay.Rooms: The rooms are spacious, which is a rarity in Singapore. However, there was a persistent, odd smell in the room that I found very off-putting. Unfortunately, this alone would deter me from staying here again.Bar: The bar was a highlight, featuring lush greenery that created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. However, the music was excessively loud throughout the day, detracting from the experience. While I understand the need for ambiance, a more subdued volume during the day would make the space more enjoyable. It could be turned up in the evening to set the mood for drinks and socializing.Swimming Pool: The pool was absolutely stunning, especially with its unique round glass-bottom design. Sadly, the pool bar suffered from the same issue as the main bar—the music was so loud that we had to move to another spot.Breakfast: The breakfast offerings were good, but it was puzzling that the gorgeous outdoor seating area remained closed. Coming from Europe, where it’s already cold, we would have loved to enjoy our meal in the pleasant Singapore weather.Overall: The hotel has many positives, including its design, pool, and bar, but the overly loud music and peculiar room smell were significant drawbacks. With some adjustments, such as better volume control and attention to details like outdoor spaces, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable experience.

Rooms are clean and nice, as everywhere in Edition. Lobby is super cool, also very chill pool area.

Shower not much pressure no milk in fridge

The hotel is beautiful! Right from when you step through true door to the Le Labo products to the Frette sheets.

There was loud construction in the room next door or above which woke us up unfortunately.

The lobby ; the kay out, lush & the scents are amazing

You should add scents on foyer every floors ; provide information about pillow menus at the room ; more speed on the breakfast service (many trainee at that time)

The staff needs to be trained better. The lady who first welcomed us at the front desk was not friendly. Afterwards, the hotel manager solved all our problems.
